SENIOR EVENTS

Description

1. Eligibility
   • The event is open to Students, Researchers and Professionals from relevant fields.
   • Individual or team participation (max 2–3 members per team, depending on your preference).
2. Paper Submission
   • Participants are requested to submit an abstract (300–400 words) within the given deadline.
   • The full paper should be prepared in IEEE format (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12, Line spacing: 1.5).
   • The paper length should not exceed 8–10 pages.
   • All submissions must be the original work of the authors.
3. Presentation Guidelines
   • Each team will be allotted 5 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes of interaction with the judges.
   • Presentations should be in PowerPoint (PPT) format and may include diagrams, charts, or other visuals for clarity.
   • Participants are encouraged to maintain a formal and professional style of communication.
