Junior Events

About the Event

This event teaches students about the basics of poster making. Students will learn how to create a poster from scratch — from adding photos and text, to editing templates, and designing with creativity. Not only learning, but also applying their knowledge in a live competition where teams will compete to design the best poster.

Event Flow

1. Teaching (30 mins):
   • From opening the application to starting a new poster
   • How to add photos, texts, templates, etc.
   • How to edit templates
   • Overview of poster-making
   • Impact of posters in real life
2. Competition (30 mins):
   • Instructions:
   • Instructions will be given to the students.
   • Theme of the poster will be given.
   • Round 1:
   • Poster making (25 mins)
   • Evaluation (5 mins)

Judging Criteria

• Creative and unique
• Accurate to the theme
• Should look like a poster

Event Timing

• Slot 1: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Slot 2: 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM
• Slot 3: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Guidelines for Participants

• Participants should contain two members in a team.
• Downloading from the internet is not allowed.
• Copied work will not be validated.
• Participants should complete the work within the given time.
