Description

Ink Your Ideas is a paper presentation event designed to encourage students, researchers, and professionals to showcase their innovative ideas, research findings, and technical expertise in a structured format. The event emphasizes originality, clarity, and impactful delivery, giving participants an excellent opportunity to present their work to peers and experts.

1. Eligibility
   • The event is open to Students, Researchers, and Professionals from relevant fields.
   • Individual or team participation (max 2–3 members per team).
2. Paper Submission
   • Participants must submit an abstract (300–400 words) within the given deadline.
   • The full paper should be prepared in IEEE format (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12, Line spacing: 1.5).
   • The paper length should not exceed 8–10 pages.
   • All submissions must be the original work of the authors.
3. Presentation Guidelines
   • Each team will be allotted 5 minutes for presentation, followed by 2 minutes of interaction with judges.
   • Presentations should be in PowerPoint (PPT) format and may include diagrams, charts, or other visuals.
   • Participants are encouraged to maintain a formal and professional style of communication.
